The Restaurant

Tuesdays – Saturdays at 6.30 pm we serve a carefully put together, pre-set, three course menu. We aim to use locally produced and organic products as much as possible. The menu changes daily during June – August, and monthly the rest of the year. Please note that the kitchen is closed Sundays. On Mondays a lighter meal can be arranged.

Fridays

Starter Serrano-ham with melon and sherry

Main Course Perch or pikeperch with this season’s potatoes, dill and a cold herb sauce

Dessert French chocolate-mousse cake

Saturdays

Starter Salmon tartar with an Asian touch

Main Course Sirloin steak carpaccio with potatoes and horseradish crème

Dessert Yoghurt mousse with white chocolate and seasonal berries
